2. Consume at Your Own Risk
HOTBOX hot sauces are extremely spicy and intended for consenting, responsible adults. By purchasing or consuming any HOTBOX product you acknowledge:
- You accept full responsibility for any reaction or injury caused by consuming our products.
- You understand HOTBOX does not offer refunds or compensation for burns, tears, stomachaches, lawsuits, or regret.
- You will not attempt to sue, harass, or extort HOTBOX for your own decisions.
3. No Tolerance
We actively monitor, investigate, and pursue anyone attempting false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, extortion attempts, or intellectual property theft. HOTBOX reserves all rights to seek civil, criminal, and financial remedies.
4. Intellectual Property
Every element of HOTBOX — name, logo, machine design, concept, selection, and marketing — is protected. You are explicitly forbidden to copy, steal, clone, or repackage HOTBOX ideas, vending machine layouts, or branding without written authorization. Doing so will trigger immediate legal action.
5. Rules
- No tampering, no hacking, no skimming, no vandalism.
- No unauthorized opening or restocking of machines.
- No false injury claims or staged social media “pranks.”
6. Limitation of Liability
HOTBOX (its owners, staff, affiliates, partners) is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or emotional trauma from consuming our products or using our machines. Period.
7. Modifications
We reserve the absolute right to update, amend, or change these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms automatically.
